Role Overview
We are looking for Chemistry graduates with strong English communication skills to join our team as LIMS Implementor. In this role, you will work on the software side of laboratory operations, configuring and implementing LIMS solutions for clients. You will act as a bridge between laboratory processes and software systems.
This position requires working in rotational shifts.
This is NOT a laboratory testing role. It is a software implementation role within an IT/services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client laboratory workflows and requirements
- Configure and implement LIMS software based on those workflows
- Translate chemistry/lab processes into system-driven configurations
- Perform data migration, validation, and system testing
- Prepare documentation, user guides, and training materials
- Conduct client training and provide go-live support
- Collaborate with internal software teams (development, QA, support)
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure smooth implementation
Required Skills
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry (mandatory)
- Excellent written and spoken English communication
- Strong logical thinking and analytical ability
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel); comfortable working with software tools
- Interest in working with software systems and technology
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
